Ideally located next to the proposed site improvements in the Elmira Downtown Revitalization Initiative, 100 West Water Street was woven into the fabric of the area’s development. The property’s landscape provides an open green space and patio area for tenants of the newly proposed building. The planted open space provides access to the building with generously scaled lawn areas, densely planted gardens, and an outdoor cooking and gathering area. The dining plaza features atmospheric overhead lighting, attractive paving finishes, and expansive views of the nearby Chemung River.
