For the GrassRoots Festival organization, WPD developed a concept design illustrating a potential layout of an expanded campground. The design’s schematic accommodates both temporary and permanent structures, including a solar-paneled parking lot. The proposed diversified programming encompasses a residential eco-village, recreational sports fields, a performance arts center, and a 70-door hotel. WPD is currently working with the Tompkins County Health Department and the GrassRoots team with securing their mass gathering permit for the safe enjoyment of future festivals.
