Having hosted travelers since 1919, Grayhaven Motel is one of the oldest and longest continually run hotels in Tompkins County. WPD had the honor of providing this special inn with a conceptual master plan and a layout schematic for plantings on the frontmost lawn. Grayhaven continues to develop its property with added accessible entranceways and a new rear deck that provides spectacular views of the south-eastern Ithaca hillside.
